These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CursorRules website located at https://www.cursorrules.org operated by CursorRules: AI Code Standards & .cursorrules Templates Hub ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

CursorRules provides a platform for sharing and discovering AI-powered .cursorrules templates and code standards. Our services include:

3. User Accounts and Registration

Before filing a claim against CursorRules, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.

13.2 Formal Resolution

If a dispute is not resolved within 15 days of submission, any resulting legal actions must be filed in the state or federal courts located in California, United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
